The doctor examined me for contact lenses AND glasses, last-minute, in one appointment. When I came out, Leslie began helping me choose frames…Shirley helped me with all the insurance information and went through each cost step-by-step…[They] took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how my new glasses felt and how my vision was with them before I ventured off. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I now have a pair of glasses I love.

A few months ago it was time for me to have my eyes checked and to invest in a new pair of specs. I was in and out for the eye exam in no time and had my frames ready the next day! I try to tell as many people as I can to go here as the staff and owners are phenomenal!!!

My wife and I went in to Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs Center City location. What a great experience! The sales staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, they didn’t try to do any crazy up-charges and they take even our eye insurance…they have their own lens grinding lab on premises and can get lenses made really fast. We’ll definitely be going back when we need more glasses or contact lenses.

I visited PEL for the first time this weekend, on a friend’s suggestion. I could not be happier with my experience. Paul assisted me with picking out my frames…The manager, Karen, was also extremely helpful and hands-on. I didn’t have a problem; she was just helping out and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. It’s rare to see such great customer service with such great prices in the middle of a large city. Keep up the good work, PEL!!!

Got my all time favorite glasses here. The eye exam was entirely professional and provided me with a much improved optical prescription. The manager, Bruce, helped in locating glasses that fit me perfectly. They were expertly produced by the Philadelphia Eyeglass Lab. Very strongly recommended.
